The entry fee of $150 for
players covers fees for the whole event plus nominated meals.
A
complimentary stubby holder and golf ball will be provided on registration at
the Clubhouse.
Timeline and Events Calendar
Friday 1st August:
• A 9-hole Scrounger Event is available to players Friday afternoon for $10 which includes post-game food. Tee off is between 12.30pm and 2.30pm.
Calcutta Auction:
• Calcutta will be held on Saturday evening.
• Tickets available after play on Saturday.
• Total prize pool is dependent on number of tickets sold and auction amounts.
Meals:
• Breakfast will be provided on both Saturday at 8am and Sunday morning 7am.
• Lunch will be provided Saturday for players
• A catered dinner will be provided on Saturday evening.
• Sunday lunch will be served after play on Sunday afternoon.
Non-Playing Guests:
• Dinner Saturday night $30 and Sunday lunch $20
• Breakfast Sunday morning: $10.00
Presentations:
• Novelty prizes will follow play on Saturday and Sunday.
• Main Presentations will happen ASAP after completion of play on Sunday.
Gradings:
• The gradings will be subject to the handicap range of the entrants.
Tee-off times:
• Saturday tee-off at 10.00am. (This time could change after nominations have closed).
• Sunday 8.00am
Chipping Competition:
• Saturday after play, Jackpot $500.00!!
Nominations:
• Nominations close at 5pm on Wednesday 30th July.
